Final registration requires a copy of your ID, a student certificate (or ÖSYM placement result), 2 passport photos, a proof of address and, for students under 18, parental consent. Sending the documents by e-mail in advance speeds up your registration day.

The monthly fee includes an open buffet breakfast, four hot dishes each evening, unlimited fibre internet, electricity, water and gas, 24/7 hot water, heating, cleaning of rooms and common areas, use of the laundry room, study hall, library and all available social facilities. No compulsory service carries an extra charge.

We offer annual, per-term and monthly payment plans. Annual advance payments receive a discount of %10, and per-term advance payments a discount of %5 . Through our partner banks, credit card payments can be spread over up to 9 instalments with no interest. Sibling discounts and Sancak alumni referral discounts are also available.

A deposit equal to one month’s fee is taken at registration. At the end of the term, once the room and fixtures have been checked and no damage is found, your deposit is refunded to your bank account within 15 business days.

Students may leave the residence until 22:30 and return until 00:00; outside these hours entry and exit are not permitted for security reasons. All entries and exits are logged by the card access system, and parents are notified in case of lateness.

Visitors are received in the guest lounge on the reception floor. Parents may visit rooms by prior appointment. Overnight guests are permitted only with the residence management’s approval and only for immediate family, for security reasons.

Rooms and room types may be changed during the term if capacity is available. Simply inform the residence office; if there is a difference in room type, the fee is adjusted pro rata for the remaining months.

Yes. We offer summer accommodation from June to September for summer school, internships and exam periods. Summer fees are lower than during the academic year and can be paid monthly.

All our residences have 24-hour security, CCTV covering all common areas, a card access system, fire detection, a generator and fire escape routes. Our buildings are built and inspected in line with current earthquake regulations. At our Üsküdar women’s residence, a female security officer is on duty during the day and a female night supervisor at night.

All our residences use corporate fibre infrastructure, providing unlimited, uncapped access in rooms and common areas. Each floor has its own access point, and bandwidth is distributed evenly across floors so that speeds hold up even at peak times.

Our menus are prepared monthly with dietitian approval and posted on noticeboards. Breakfast is an open buffet with 20+ items; four hot dishes are served in the evening. Feedback from our student representatives is taken into account in each month’s menu revision. Alternative menus are provided for students with special dietary needs (vegetarian, coeliac, etc.).

From our Bursa residence there is direct access to Uludağ University’s Görükle Campus by city bus lines (38 and others). Our Istanbul residences are within walking distance of metro and bus lines. Step-by-step directions and line numbers are given on each residence’s detail page.

If you request termination, payments for the remaining term are refunded on the basis set out in the contract. In cases such as health problems, a change of university or a compulsory relocation, refunds are made without deduction. Detailed conditions are stated clearly in your registration contract.

Our Üsküdar and Bursa residences have lifts, a wheelchair-accessible entrance ramp and accessible room and bathroom arrangements on the ground floor. If you state your specific needs during pre-registration, a suitable room will be allocated.
