Our security, cleaning, kitchen and technical teams are all Sancak staff. That is what keeps our service standard free of seasonal ups and downs.
2. We don’t use bunk beds
Even in our four-person rooms every student sleeps in a single bed and has their own desk and wardrobe.
3. Transparent room specifications
The fittings of every room type — bathroom arrangement included — are listed openly on our site. We separate en-suite and shared-bathroom options clearly; there are no surprises.
4. A study hall open 24 hours
With extra capacity and complimentary tea and coffee during exam periods, we offer quiet spaces where you can work through the night.
5. Dietitian-approved menus
Our monthly menus are approved by a dietitian and revised in the light of feedback from student representatives.
6. No hidden costs
Electricity, water, gas, internet, cleaning and the laundry room are included in the monthly fee. No compulsory extra charges outside the contract are requested.
7. Structural safety
Our buildings comply with the current earthquake regulations, with addressable fire detection, a sprinkler system and two fire escapes.
8. Guidance support
Our academic guidance and psychological support service makes settling in easier, particularly for first-year students.

Our Bursa residence is in the city centre, within walking distance of the BursaRay station; our Istanbul residences are within walking distance of the metro and metrobus lines.
