Name and surname, national ID number, contact details (telephone, e-mail, address), student details (university, department, year), parent details, payment and invoice details, camera recordings and entry–exit logs.
3. Purposes of Processing
Establishing and performing the accommodation contract, managing the pre-registration and final registration processes, maintaining security within the residence, meeting legal obligations, handling requests and complaints, and, where you have given explicit consent, promotional and informational activities.
4. Transfer
Your personal data may be transferred to authorised public institutions under our legal obligations, and to the accounting and IT infrastructure suppliers we work with, within the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
5. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds
Your data is collected through the forms on our website, telephone calls, e-mail correspondence and physical registration documents, on the legal grounds of establishing and performing the contract and fulfilling our legal obligations.
6. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing, to ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected, to request its erasure or destruction, to learn the third parties to whom it has been transferred, and to claim compensation for any loss suffered.
